1. Introduction

Welcome to FastLoan. By accessing or using our mobile lending services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a loan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Kenyan National ID
• Have an active M-Pesa account
• Have an M-Pesa transaction history of at least 6 months

3. Loan Terms

• Loan amounts range from Ksh 1,000 to Ksh 50,000
• Standard loan term is 60 days (2 months)
• Interest rate is 10% flat on the principal amount
• A processing fee is deducted from the disbursed amount

4. Repayment

Repayment must be made via M-Pesa PayBill to our business number. The full amount (principal + interest) is due by the stated due date. Partial payments are accepted and will reduce your outstanding balance.

5. Late Payment

Late payments may result in:

• Additional late payment fees
• Negative reporting to Credit Reference Bureaus (CRB)
• Reduced loan limits for future applications
• Collection activities

6. Data Usage

By using our services, you authorize us to access and analyze your M-Pesa transaction data solely for the purpose of determining your loan eligibility and credit limit. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
